Volcanic ash in Chile causes all flight to Buenos Aires on 10th June to be cancelled.

Well not the greatest start , I'd say. I'm afraid Mother Nature can, unfortunately, not be negotiated with !!
So I (Ands) got to Durban airport at 5am on fri 10th June only to be told flights were cancelled, what now!!
anyways, many back and forth phonecalls ensued today between Lish, myself, our trabel agent and SAA, (a lot of airtime money was spent)..
btw SAA service suck, they can only help u if u at the airport at the counter and in their face...!!
the long and short, i have been at the airport the WHOLE day (now 8pm), Lisha has become a professional airport lurker in her own right, and seems we might get lucky and be re-routed to Sau Paulo tomorrow and then on to , lets hold thumbs!! i am flying to jhb at 9:30pm and we will spent the night at Lisha's negotiated (not so legal) accomodation at the Southern Sun airport...
Heres hoping and praying the flight departs tomorrow, we get to Lima in one piece and that the rest of the trip only gets better from here!!!
At the end of the day, just gotta laugh about it xxx
